Full Job Description
We are looking for an energetic warehouse associate to work in our dynamic, fast paced warehouse environment. This position’s duties will include picking & packing products based on orders processed and preparing them for shipment. This role involves a high degree of repetitive tasks with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
What you’ll do
- Pick and pack products for orders processed according to the packing list for each order; triple-check the order for accuracy while preparing for shipment
- Ensure correct products are picked, packed, and processed
- Consistently meet deadlines for orders
- Perform quality checks to identify and replace mis-assembled products
- Meet specifics (Replacement, Cancellation, and Backordering) of customer orders in a timely manner by customer service team's request
- Carry out loading and unloading of orders and shipments
- Keep products separated, organized and in good rotation
- Oversee product replenishment and re-stock products manually on shelves
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
- Pack company's outbound shipment as necessary
- Maintain a high level of health and safety standards
- Perform other general warehouse duties as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- High attention to detail: Picks and packs products based on number, size, color, quality, and quantity
- Ability to ensure quality while fulfilling a high amount of orders
- Basic computer skills: MS Office (Excel/Word) and Google Spreadsheet proficiency
- Time management and organization skills
- Interact professionally and respectfully with associates at all levels
- Must be able to lift up 0 - 15 lbs. continuously
- Must be able to lift up 15 - 30 lbs. occasionally

Job Type: Full-Time (36-40 hours/wk, M-F 9:00 ~18:00)
